David and Tiffany Simmons started their small business journey with a simple mission: Serve Others and Change Lives.  When presented with the opportunity to live out that mission in the health and wellness arena, they began to dream big dreams and chase it down in fearless faith. 

     They along with their children Aliyah and Urijah (affectionately referred to as Team Simmons) purchased the Snap Fitness of Springfield in 2018 and have since added locations in Chatham, Auburn, and Sherman, IL. Shake This Eat That is the latest expansion intended to make better nutrition easy, affordable, and accessible to all.
